Western Commercial Space

For this commercial space we removed wall paper from ten rooms and patched about 25 electrical holes because most of the plugs were moved. We also built walls in the back bay area, hung insulation & fire wall sheet rock. Once all the patches and prep work was complete, we painted about 50,000 square feet of walls. Not to mention, we also made their sign something to look at.

We had to hand wire brush to remove the dirt because the planks were really dry. Step two, we hand rolled and brushed on oil primer up under the planks. Step three, two coats of Benjamin Moore low luster exterior paint hand rolled and brushed.

This little garage was looking like it was on it’s last leg. The old paint was so faded and chipped it looked neglected. But the J. Place Painting crew breathed new life into it with a fresh coat of paint and a few minor repairs.

Kitchen Cabinet: New Custom Build & Stain

In this kitchen we were tasked with making the whole room look brand new. So we called in a partner to reface the cabinets with a more modern and cleaner feel. Then J. Place worked it’s magic with the staining. We used a darker stain to bring out the natural colors of the stone in the backsplash and counters, and to warm up the whole mood of the room. The client loves cooking and living in their “new” kitchen.

New Paint Warms Playroom

In this Denver home we made the playroom more inviting and warm for the kids. Josh Place consulted on the colors.

Creating something from nothing can always seem like a daunting task. But with the right people, we turned this basement from a storage space to a relaxing area to hang out with friends and family. We chose a warm beige for the walls to make the space feel warmer and larger, and then stained all the built in cabinets and wainscoting.
